To date, none of the contacted operators have ceased operations in Minnesota. Companies such as VGW (Chumba, LuckyLand, Global Poker), McLuck, Stake.us, Fortune Coins, ReBet, Zula, and Golden Hearts Games are among those still active. Furthermore, these operators do not list Minnesota as a restricted jurisdiction in their terms of service.

Notably, Bovada, an offshore operator that has exited other states following formal cease-and-desist notices, continues to operate in Minnesota.
